Rogue Studios are housed in a converted Mill building, situated behind Piccadilly Train Station in Manchester City Centre. The individual studios have been divided using plasterboard walls and most spaces have natural light. The studios have a communal Computer Suite and Internet access available to all members. Rogue has 24 hour access.

Rent includes: electricity, internet, water, and waste removal. Rents are payable monthly on the 1st of each month.

Due to the nature of the building, some of the spaces do not come in standard dimensions, but they roughly split into two main sizes:

Small: 2.5m x 2.5m approx
Large: 5m x 5m approx
